ABOUT THIS HOUSE
The beach is framed by the windows of the Tide House and it is this landscape that serves as inspiration for the interior designers to create a home where relaxation and calm take on special importance.
The project is an integral reform where a new distribution has been created: partitions are removed and spaces are opened up to divide the house into two areas; day and night.
ZONING
In the day area, the kitchen, living room and dining room share the limelight.
MOMOCCA FURNITURE
To create a division between the living room and dining room without closing off the space, a modern Adara sideboard was chosen. Its configuration in oak wood and metal profile integrates perfectly with the warm atmosphere recreated in this room.
A combination of smooth and grooved doors has been chosen to add dynamism to the configuration with its two curved corners. The studio adds a bespoke panel to cover the back of the television.
THE SEA, THE PROTAGONIST
The layout of the living room is designed with calmness in mind. From the sofa you can see the incredible views.
NIGHT ZONE
The bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the night area, which is divided from the day area by an integrated door.
Materiality is the connecting thread between the two zones. For the bedroom, wood is used in the upper part of the headboard and in the details of the dressing table, earth colours on the walls and bed linen and white wardrobes.
BATHROOMS
The same pattern is repeated in the bathrooms, which feature built-in taps set into the made-to-measure mirrors and ceramic washbasins integrated into the worktop. In addition, they have a curious combination of studied “effects” with fabric-effect wallpaper and stone-effect ceramics.
We would like to thank Andrea Diego, Vanesa Vergara and the in56 team for their time for this interview and for their confidence in us by choosing a modern sideboard Adara by Momocca.
